When will my tracking information arrive?

Following the processing of your order, we will accelerate the shipping of your product. (5-7 Business Days for goods that can be customised) An email including the tracking information will be sent to you once your order is on its way to you.

Please carefully check your address information since we cannot be held liable if the item is delivered to the wrong address and goes missing.

We will have to charge you 900Php to redeliver the goods if you give us the incorrect mailing address.


Are any Additional fees or Custom Duties?

For the majority of the countries we ship to, there are often no additional fees associated with our packages, however each nation has different rules. You, the buyer, are responsible for paying any additional expenses that may be incurred.

Production Delay or Error

Because each of our goods is custom-made for a certain customer, there is a chance that the quality won't always be as expected. Therefore, it is possible that occasionally (1% of orders), we will have to start again and create a new one.

This will extend the estimated manufacturing time by a few extra days.
